Nice houses, but some back onto the railway line. Built by Persimmon Homes. Opposite Chatelherault Country Park. Near to Chatelherault train station.

Next to Royale Gardens but not as nice (but still fine). Built by Bett Homes.

Estate still being built. Very smart houses but (?) too expensive. Built by Roberston Homes.
